The MBA (Rural Management) programme seeks to develop students into leaders ready to tackle the challenges of Rural -urban demographic dynamics. It focuses on developing attitude, skill, and knowledge (ASK) to ignite the processes for a circular economy, create organisational forms, identify problems, define objectives, collect and analyse information, evaluate risks and alternatives, and leverage technology to enable qualitative methods to solve problems. It offers appropriate frameworks for evaluating and creating effective organisational responses to diversity. It supports understanding, analysing, and applying ethical frameworks to corporate social responsibility and ethical decision-making.
