On World Physiotherapy Day, Rabindranath Tagore University (RNTU) , Department of Paramedical Science organized a special celebration to highlight the vital role of physiotherapy in healthcare. The event was graced by Chief guest Dr. Sangeeta Jauhari, Incharge Vice Chancellor of RNTU. Dr. Avinash Singh, HOD, Paramedical Department delivered the welcome speech, setting a positive tone for the event.

The program featured expert sessions, including one by Dr. Vivek Tiwari , Senior Orthopedic Surgeon, Apollo Sage Hospital, who spoke on the importance of physiotherapy in postoperative orthopedics cases, emphasizing its role in patient recovery. Dr. Anubha Singhai, Director PHYSIQURE provided valuable insights on entrepreneurship in physiotherapy, inspiring budding physiotherapists to explore opportunities in the field.

The event concluded with motivational words and a vote of thanks by Dr. C.P. Mishra, Dean, Faculty  of Medical Science , AGU leaving attendees with a renewed appreciation for physiotherapy.

More than 200 students of Paramedical Department attended the event.
