Mr. Sameer Choudhary is a committed academician and efficient administrator, presently serving as the Deputy Registrar (Establishment) and Chief Vigilance Officer at Rabindranath Tagore University (RNTU), Bhopal. With more than 20 years of experience in academics, research, and institutional management, he brings a unique blend of technical expertise and administrative acumen.

He holds a Master of Technology in Chemical Engineering (Environmental Management) from Ujjain Engineering College and a Master of Science in Environmental Science from DAVV, Indore. He has also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Environmental Communication from Makhanlal Chaturvedi University, Bhopal. He is UGC-NET qualified (Environmental Science, Dec 2012) and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Environmental Science from Barkatullah University, Bhopal.

Before transitioning to university administration, Mr. Choudhary served as an Associate Professor at RNTU and earlier as an Assistant Professor at Scope College of Engineering for six years. He has also worked in various environmental management roles, including Plant Manager at a Biomedical Waste Facility in Jodhpur and Assistant Environmental Officer at Cicon Environmental Technologies, Bhopal. His work has included EIA report preparation, solid waste project planning, and environmental modeling.

His research interests lie in Environmental Impact Assessment, Hazardous Waste Management, and Environmental Monitoring, with hands-on experience in analytical techniques such as AAS, UV Spectrophotometry, Flame Photometry, and Gas Chromatography. He has contributed to research projects with institutions like the Pollution Control Board and ICAR's Soybean Research Center, Indore.
