Dr. Ruchi Mishra Tiwari serves as Associate Professor and Dean of Humanities and Liberal Arts at Rabindranath Tagore University, Bhopal. Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Gupta is a seasoned academician and researcher, currently serving as the Pro-Vice Chancellor of Rabindranath Tagore University (RNTU), Bhopal. With over two decades of experience in higher education, he also holds the position of Professor and Dean, Faculty of Engineering and Technology at RNTU.
He received his Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Communication, Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Digital Communication, and Ph.D. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University Institute of Technology (UIT), Barkatullah University, Bhopal.
Dr. Gupta joined the AISECT Group of Institutions in May 2000 and has been instrumental in strengthening its academic and research ecosystem. His areas of research interest include wireless communications, wireless sensor networks, control systems, microprocessors, and microcontrollers.
He is a Fellow of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) and has been actively involved in organizing numerous workshops, conferences, and Faculty Development Programs (FDPs). Currently serving as Principal at the Institute of Nursing, Rabindranath Tagore University, Bhopal, she holds an M.Sc. in Child Health Nursing and is pursuing her PhD in Nursing. Throughout her distinguished career, she has held key positions including Principal, Professor, Vice Principal, and Lecturer across reputed institutions, contributing significantly to curriculum development, academic planning, and quality assurance in nursing education. Dr. Kiran Mishra is a seasoned educationist and academic leader currently serving as Dean and Professor of Education at Rabindranath Tagore University, Bhopal. With extensive qualifications in Psychology, Education, and Home Science, she brings over a decade of teaching, research, and institutional leadership experience.
She holds a Ph.D. in Education and is presently pursuing a second Ph.D. in Psychology. Her research spans inclusive education, ICT in learning, value education, women's empowerment, and pedagogy. Prof. (Dr.) Neelesh Sharma is an accomplished legal academic and currently serves as the Professor and Dean at the Institute of Law, Rabindranath Tagore University, Bhopal. With over 22 years of experience in legal education, he has taught across prominent institutions and has mentored both LL.M. and Ph.D. scholars.
He holds a Ph.D. in Law with a specialization in Intellectual Property Rights (Copyright Law), along with degrees in LL.M. (Human Rights), LL.B., and a P.G. Diploma in Labour Law. He has published 48+ research papers in reputed national and international journals, authored 4 academic books/chapters, and delivered numerous guest lectures across universities and legal forums.
Dr. Sharma has organized and coordinated over 19 academic activities, including seminars, workshops, and moot court competitions. As a research guide, he has supervised 8 Ph.D. candidates, with 5 successfully awarded degrees, and more than 50 LL.M. dissertations.

Dr. Ankit Agrawal brings over two decades of academic and research experience, including more than eleven years of post-Ph.D. expertise, in diverse areas such as Plant Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Herbal Drug research, Plant Tissue Culture, Genetics, Biodiversity, Environmental Science, Organic Farming, Waste Management, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Currently serving as Dean of the Faculty of Science (since September 2025) at Rabindranath Tagore University, Raisen, he has played a key role in academic leadership and the implementation of NEP 2020 in undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
Prior to this, he contributed as Programme Officer at the International Institute of Waste Management, Bhopal (2017–2020), and held research positions at the M.P. Council of Science and Technology, Bhopal, as Research Associate and Senior Research Fellow, along with earlier experience as Senior Research Fellow at the Indian Grassland and Fodder Research Institute, Jhansi. Dr. Ritu Kumaran is an accomplished academician and administrator, currently serving as Dean of the International Division at Rabindranath Tagore University, Bhopal. Dr. Anil K. Tiwari is an experienced academic administrator currently serving as the Dean of Admissions and Counselling at Rabindranath Tagore University (RNTU), Bhopal. He previously served as the Controller of Examinations at RNTU (Jan 2023 – Mar 2025), where he oversaw examination planning, evaluation, result processing, and confidentiality management.
With over 18 years of experience, Dr. Tiwari has held key roles at institutions such as Madhyanchal Professional University, SAM Global University, and Dr. C.V. Raman University. His expertise includes university examination systems, academic coordination, and liaison with regulatory bodies such as MPPURC and the Governor's office.

Currently serving as the Director of Marketing & Admission Cell at Rabindranath Tagore University (RNTU), Bhopal, he has played a key role in transforming the university's admission strategy and structure. His visionary approach and team leadership have significantly contributed to RNTU's steady rise in enrollment figures and brand positioning in Central India.

Dr. Sheetal Gulati holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Dr. H.S. Gour University, Sagar (M.P.), completed between December 1998 and October 2002. The doctoral research focused on the investigation of potential antiviral bioactive flavonoid constituents derived from selected leguminous plants, contributing significantly to the field of natural product chemistry and antiviral studies. She has a rich and diverse academic and teaching experience spanning over two decades. During the tenure of doctoral research (1998–2003), served as a Co-Assistant at Dr. H.S. Gour University, Sagar. Subsequently, gained international teaching exposure as a PGT in Chemistry at Gandhi International School, Jakarta, Indonesia (2003–2004), and later at ILS, Lagos, Nigeria (2015–2016). In India, contributed as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry at Scope College of Engineering, Bhopal (2007–2012), followed by a tenure as Professor at AISECT University (August 2012 to March 2015).
