Prof. Dr. H. D. Verma is a seasoned academic and administrator with extensive experience in agricultural education, research, and institutional development. Dr. Ruchi Mishra Tiwari serves as Associate Professor and Dean of Humanities and Liberal Arts at Rabindranath Tagore University, Bhopal. She brings more than 14 years of academic experience and has successfully mentored 8 Ph.D. scholars, with 8 others currently under her guidance. Her core areas of specialization include English Literature, Research Methodology, and Communication Skills.

She earned her Ph.D. in English Literature and holds Gold Medals in both her postgraduate studies and an NPTEL MOOC course on Soft Skills. Dr. Tiwari has contributed extensively to academic research through publications in UGC-CARE and Scopus-indexed journals. Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Gupta

Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Gupta is a seasoned academician and researcher, currently serving as the Pro-Vice Chancellor of Rabindranath Tagore University (RNTU), Bhopal. With over two decades of experience in higher education, he also holds the position of Professor and Dean, Faculty of Engineering and Technology at RNTU.

He received his Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Communication, Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Digital Communication, and Ph.D. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University Institute of Technology (UIT), Barkatullah University, Bhopal.

Dr. Gupta joined the AISECT Group of Institutions in May 2000 and has been instrumental in strengthening its academic and research ecosystem. His areas of research interest include wireless communications, wireless sensor networks, control systems, microprocessors, and microcontrollers.

He is a Fellow of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) and has been actively involved in organizing numerous workshops, conferences, and Faculty Development Programs (FDPs). He has published over 62 research papers in national and international conferences and reputed journals indexed in Scopus, SCI, and others.

In his academic career, Dr. Gupta has guided eight M.Tech scholars and thirteen Ph.D. research scholars. He also has four published patents to his credit and has delivered several invited talks at reputed national platforms. As an expert member, he has contributed to various academic and administrative committees in multiple institutions across the country.

At RNTU, he is actively involved in coordinating the Ph.D. program, fostering a strong research culture, and supporting strategic academic initiatives in his capacity as Pro-Vice Chancellor. Dr. Ravindra Pathak

Dr. Ravindra Pathak is a distinguished academic and administrative professional with significant contributions in the fields of education, research, training, and leadership. He has actively participated in numerous national and international seminars and conferences, presenting research papers and attending various workshops and Faculty Development Programs (FDPs). His areas of expertise include time management, stress management, human values and ethics, happiness, Purushartha, Bhagavad Gita and management, spirituality, and Indian wisdom. He has conducted various training sessions for teachers, corporate executives, and students.

Dr. Pathak has a total of 36 research publications, including 19 papers published in journals—5 of which are in SCOPUS, WoS, and ABDC-listed journals, and 14 in UGC Care-listed and peer-reviewed journals. He has also published 7 papers in conference proceedings or edited books, 7 case studies, and contributed to 3 edited books.

He has successfully organized and coordinated several national HR seminars, notably the 3rd National HR Seminar (2018), 2nd National HR Seminar (2016), and 1st National HR Seminar (2014) held at Prestige Institute of Management, Gwalior. In addition, he coordinated multiple Entrepreneurship Development Programs (TEDP/WEDP) sponsored by MPCon and the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. He also co-organized the 4th International Conference on Global Advances and Innovations in IT and Management in 2012.

Dr. Pathak is a life member of several esteemed professional bodies, including the Indian Accounting Association (IAA), Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD), National HRD Network (NHRDN), All India Management Association (AIMA), and the Indian Council of Astrological Sciences (ICAS).

Dr. Purvee Bhardwaj

Dr. Purvee Bhardwaj is an accomplished physicist and academic leader, currently serving as Associate Professor and Dean of Science at Rabindranath Tagore University, Bhopal. With over 14 years of teaching and research experience, she holds a Ph.D. and M.Phil. in Physics, along with additional qualifications in Education and Computer Applications.

Dr. Ritu Kumaran

Dr. Ritu Kumaran is an accomplished academician and administrator, currently serving as Dean of the International Division at Rabindranath Tagore University, Bhopal. With over two decades of teaching and academic leadership experience, she brings a strong foundation in English literature, linguistics, and education.

She holds a Ph.D. in English Literature from Barkatullah University, where her research focused on Thomas Hardy’s novels. Dr. Anil K. Tiwari is an experienced academic administrator currently serving as the Dean of Admissions and Counselling at Rabindranath Tagore University (RNTU), Bhopal. He previously served as the Controller of Examinations at RNTU (Jan 2023 – Mar 2025), where he oversaw examination planning, evaluation, result processing, and confidentiality management.

With over 18 years of experience, Dr. Tiwari has held key roles at institutions such as Madhyanchal Professional University, SAM Global University, and Dr. C.V. Raman University. His expertise includes university examination systems, academic coordination, and liaison with regulatory bodies such as MPPURC and the Governor’s office.

Academically, Dr. Tiwari is pursuing a Ph.D. and holds an MBA from Punjab Technical University, a PGDBM from Guru Ghasidas University, and an MCM from Barkatullah University. He has also completed certifications from NPTEL, SWAYAM, and TCS iON in areas like leadership, soft skills, and NEP 2020.

Mr. Akshat Shukla is a dynamic and results-driven professional with over 21 years of experience in diverse sectors including Education, Banking, Telecom, Pharmaceuticals, and Human Resource Consulting. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing & Admission Cell at Rabindranath Tagore University (RNTU), Bhopal, he has played a key role in transforming the university’s admission strategy and structure. His visionary approach and team leadership have significantly contributed to RNTU’s steady rise in enrollment figures and brand positioning in Central India.

Prior to joining RNTU, Mr. Shukla spearheaded marketing and admission operations at the Sagar Group of Institutions, where he achieved exceptional growth in B.Tech admissions—from 550 in 2018 to over 1250 in 2023—making it one of the top-performing institutions in the Bhopal region. His strategic interventions helped revamp institutional processes, making them both sustainable and result-oriented.

Dr. Ankit Pandit

Dr. Ankit Pandit is currently serving as the Dean of Student Welfare (DSW) and Associate Professor in the Electronics and Communication Department at Rabindranath Tagore University (formerly AISECT University), Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Since joining the institution in 2012, he has held several key administrative roles such as Exam Centre Superintendent and Valuation In-Charge, and has contributed significantly to various inspections including NAAC, UGC, ICAR, and 12B accreditations. Dr. Pandit earned his Ph.D. in 2023 from Rabindranath Tagore University. He holds an M.Tech in Digital Communication from Lakshmi Narain College of Technology, Indore, and a B.E. in Electronics & Communication from Jawaharlal Institute of Technology, Borawan.
