Dr. Vineet Kumar Shukla is currently serving as the Chief Finance & Accounts Officer at Rabindranath Tagore University (RNTU), Bhopal, since April 1, 2024. He brings with him over 20 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, Budgeting, Internal Auditing, and MIS. Prior to joining RNTU, he held the same position at Dr. C.V. Raman University, Bilaspur, where he contributed significantly to strategic financial planning and compliance. Dr. Shukla holds a Ph.D. in Commerce from Barakatullah University, Bhopal, with a specialization in financial analysis of public sector undertakings. He also holds an MBA in Finance, M.Com., and PGDCA. His professional journey began as an Assistant Accountant at JN Cancer Hospital, Bhopal, followed by his role as Account Officer at AISECT, where he managed accounts for more than 20,000 centers nationwide. Dr. Shukla is skilled in financial reporting, internal auditing, project evaluation, and is proficient in Tally and other accounting software.
