Prof.
Ravi Prakash Dubey is a highly accomplished mathematician and academic
administrator with over 40 years of experience in the field of higher education.
Born on 3rd August 1963, he pursued his early education in Durg and Raipur,
cities in the state of Chhattisgarh. He was awarded a Ph.D. in Mathematics in
1991 from Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur, and since then, he has
devoted his life to academic excellence, research, and institutional
development.
Throughout his academic journey, Prof. Dubey has made remarkable contributions to mathematical research. He has published 172 research papers in reputed national and international journals, covering a broad range of mathematical concepts and applications. As a dedicated mentor, he has successfully guided 16 Ph.D. scholars and 22 M.Phil. students, thereby playing a pivotal role in nurturing future academicians and researchers.
Prof. Dubey has held several esteemed academic positions, including serving two terms as Vice-Chancellor of Dr. C.V. Raman University, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.
Currently, he is serving as the Vice-Chancellor of Rabindranath Tagore
University (RNTU), Bhopal (M.P.), where he continues to lead the institution
with a focus on academic quality, research enhancement, and inclusive growth.
His leadership is driven by a vision to integrate innovation, value-based
education, and national development goals within the university framework.
