Programme Overview

The B.Tech. programme in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with Smart Semiconductor Device and Sustainable Power Engineering with AI Integration is an industry-embedded curriculum developed in collaboration with L&T. The programme combines core Electrical & Electronics Engineering concepts with emerging technologies such as semiconductor chip design, renewable energy systems, smart grids, industrial automation, cloud integration, artificial intelligence, and digital power systems.
