Document Submission Guidelines

• Semester Mark Sheets: Upload all semester-wise mark sheets as per your course requirements.
• Aadhar Card: Upload a clear and legible copy (mandatory for all applicants).
• No Dues Form: Mandatory only if your Roll Number starts with R, L, or M.
• WES Document: Required only if “Transcript and WES” is selected as the certificate type.
• PhD Applicants: Upload the official Notification document (mandatory).
• File Format: Accepted formats are JPG, PNG, or PDF only.
• File Size: Each document must be clear and should not exceed 2 MB.
